XENAMED Industries – WARRANTY AND REPAIR POLICY
XENAMED Industries warrants all products purchased directly from XENAMED or an
authorized dealer under the following terms and conditions:
Warranty Coverage:
All XENAMED products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship
when used for their intended surgical or dental purposes. Any product found to be defecyive
in material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at XENAMED’s discretion, free of
charge.
Authenticity Notice:
Products not purchased through authorized sources may not be genuine or meet XENAMED's
quality standards. Such products are not covered under this warranty and may have been
tampered with.
WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS:
This warranty will be void under the following circumstances:
If the product is serviced by anyone other than XENAMED’s official Repair Service.
For custom-made, custom-etched, or neutralized products (these are non-returnable). If the
product is damaged due to misuse, improper care, or improper cleaning.If the product is
damaged by natural disasters such as fire, flood, or other catastrophic events.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Except as stated in this policy, XENAMED makes no other warranties - express or implied - regarding its products. XENAMED shall not be liable for any incidental, special, exemplary
damages, or loss of profits resulting from the use of its products.
REPAIR PROCESS:
XENAMED operates an in-house Service and Repair Department. A Return Material
Authorization (RMA) number is required before sending any instrument for repair.
Contact our Repair Department at info@xenamed.com to request an RMA.
XENAMED does not accept instruments for repair at trade shows or through company
representatives. Be prepared to provide the following when requesting service:
Customer Account Number
Customer Purchase Order Number
Reason for Repair
Once you receive your RMA number, send your repair items to:

XENAMED industries - INSTRUMENTS RETURN POLICY
We offer full credit for all unused merchandise returned in its original packaging within 60 days
from the date of invoice. Merchandise returned atier 60 days but before 120 days from the
date of invoice will incur a 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be unused and in their
original packaging. No returns will be accepted atier 120 days from the invoice date.
Custom-made, custom-etched, or neutralized products are non-returnable.
SPECIAL NOTES:
Broken instruments noted as “Sharps” require special handling and return procedures. A
Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained prior to returning any product
to XENAMED. Any product returned without an RGA will be sent back to the distributor along
with a letter of explanation. Returns will only be authorized with a valid RGA number issued
by contacting:

Please note:
Issuance of an RGA number does not guarantee a credit to your account. XENAMED reserves
the right to inspect and evaluate all incoming returns before issuing any customer credit.
